The reason we don't allow users to upload vector art is to simplify the entire process of uploading and printing. Uploading PNGs or JPGs (rasterised graphics) makes them immediately available for your personal store. Vector formats would require revision, modification and adaptation of each and every uploaded vector file, increasing print times and complicating the process.
