It's easy. You have 2 options:

1. In your user account, click on Add Store and follow the steps in the guide.

2. In the store creation area, click on the button below where it says "Register my store!" (if you're not logged in, you'll need to enter your email address).

Once you have registered your store, and you can begin adding designs, phrases, T-shirts and anything you consider suitable here.
