What is a drawing without a background?
An image with no background is one that contains alpha channels for transparency. Toaster accepts this type of file in .PNG format.
GIF, TIFF, BMP, PDF, PSD, and Word formats are not accepted. GIF, TIFF, BMP, and PSD files can be converted to JPEG or PNG using most image editing programs (e.g., Photoshop).
PNG files can have a maximum size of 5 MB and their MINIMUM resolution must be 120 dpi (pixels per inch).
What is a solid drawing or a photograph?
A solid drawing occupies the entire width and height of the image, so the image is completely filled and the surface will be printed in its entirety.
GIF, TIFF, BMP, PDF, PSD, and Word formats are not accepted. GIF, TIFF, BMP, and PSD files can be converted to JPEG or PNG using most image editing programs (e.g., Photoshop).
The required format is .JPEG and must have a maximum size of 5 MB, and the MINIMUM resolution must be 120 dpi (pixels per inch).
Warning: Incorrect designs!
Please avoid uploading images with white, black, or any other colored backgrounds that attempt to mimic the t-shirt color! Our printing system always takes backgrounds into account, and these will always be printed (unless it's a PNG file with a transparent background). It's virtually impossible for the t-shirt and background colors to perfectly match (due to the multiple shades). The result will be an unsightly blob.
Remember that everything you select in the Customizer will be printed. If you're not happy with something, you can change it, as everything displayed will be printed.
