Image Type  :

LaTostadora supports JPEG, HEIC, and PNG images. Both formats produce very high-quality images, provided the resolution is sufficient. PNG graphics allow alpha channels for transparency, meaning they can be saved without a background.


White Background  :

Note: JPEGs and PNGs will print with a white background. To print without a background, the image must be in PNG format with an alpha channel. For more information on creating a PNG image with an alpha channel, click   here  .


Image Size and Resolution  :

The size of JPEG or PNG images must not exceed 5 MB.

The minimum image resolution must be 120 pixels. For example, if the image to be printed is 20 cm wide, the printed image will also be 20 cm wide (it is possible to reduce the image size, but not enlarge it).

Important:   The maximum width for a user-uploaded image (JPEG/PNG) is 24 cm.

If your connection is too slow, a timeout (interruption during loading) may occur before the image loading is complete.
