The toaster will NOT accept :

• Text or images that infringe on someone else's intellectual property, including trademarks, intellectual or industrial property, copyrights, privacy, etc.
• Text or images of company or product logos (for example, the “Adidas” logo or “Ferrari” items).
• Unofficial merchandise from musicians, bands, fan clubs, sports teams, or other organizations.
• Pornographic or nude text or images that are not of an artistic nature, as well as inappropriate use of images of minors.
• Text or images that glorify drug use.
• Text or images that glorify the use of violence.
• Text or images that glorify terrorism, Nazism or fascism.
• Text or images with defamatory content.
• Content that may be considered insulting, threatening, harassing, or harmful.
• Text or images with hate messages.
• Text or images that may be understood as insulting or discriminatory based on race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation or disability.
• Text or images that glorify or encourage breaking the law.

Any item or image deemed unacceptable by laTostadora at its sole discretion, based on this list,  will be removed without prior notice . laTostadora reserves the right to take more drastic measures against users in the event of repeated offenses, such as permanently canceling their account and prohibiting them from using its services.
