It's very easy. You have two options:

1. In your user account, by clicking on Open My Shop and following the steps in the assistant.

2. On the page Create your free online store, by clicking the button at the bottom that says "Create free account."

Once your shop is set up, you can then proceed to add designs and create all the products you wish to offer with each design.
